I am a content strategist, UX copywriter, and designer working in Fort Collins, Colorado. Currently, I am the Software Content Manager for HP Inc. where I craft delight and clarity across our portfolio of consumer software applications through copywriting and content strategy.
Outside of work, I am a multi-disciplinary visual artist, musician, jewelry designer, and internationally-renowned snow sculptor. I try to bring my insatiable curiosity, endless desire to learn, and my playful personality to every project I work on.

Leading a team of UX copywriters in collaboration with UX designers, user researchers, product managers, and engineers, I established content strategy for HP’s consumer software portfolio including myHP, HP JumpStarts, HP QuickDrop, HP Palette, OMEN Gaming Hub, HP Wolf Security, HP Enhanced Lighting, and HP GlamCam. With captivating storytelling at the center, I directed media outreach, communications strategy, and marketing for the Colorado’s largest certified creative district. By identifying audience trends and analyzing market research, I built a successful social media content strategy from the ground up to deliver compelling, informative, and engaging web content, resulting in a 700% increase in engagement across all platforms. I harnessed my editorial writing expertise to promote the Art District and its projects with local, national and international media outlets through regular press releases and earned media coverage. I also designed digital and print assets for promotion, brand enhancement, education, advertisements, websites, visual identity, and community outreach.

Established agency’s content strategy and standards for all client collateral and deliverables. Directed visual identity creation, creative placemaking recommendations, community research, and brand development for special district clients across the state and country. Designed and built client websites to promote community coordination efforts using UI design and copywriting, and web design. Composed audience feedback and competitive analysis for branding strategy recommendations and marketing copy standards resulting in redesign of department websites.
